The excel form you can download, fill in on your computer, email to the registrar and then print a hard copy to mail in with your fish. The pdf form can be printed out to be filled in by hand and mailed.

CASH ONLY for a fast auction. (Please be aware that this will be a pay
as you go, cash only auction.
  We want the auction to go as fast as possible in fairness to breeders, buyers and those who need to leave. We will have runners to hand you your fish and collect your bid. This way we won't have
to stop the auction when people need to check out. (There are ATM’s at the gas station, two banks and the grocery store next door)

For All Show Entrants:

Deadlines:  VERY IMPORTANT !   Pre-registration of your fish is required to help assure that there are no mistakes that  could be detrimental to the breeders, the fish and/or the show. This worked well  at previous PABS Shows and we are continuing it to help us to achieve our goal of a good show for everyone, including the fish, 

Please take note of the following:
All fish are to be double bagged as per IBC Guidelines, Show Manual, Section1, Chapter 2,  Paragraph 3, or they will not be shown and will be considered as donations to the club.

Please, Do not feed your fish at least 24 hrs prior to shipping.

All entrants will please send a copy of your entry form whether you are mail-in and/or walk-in, to the Registrars via e mail or fax by 6:00 PM EDT, Wednesday April 30, 2008, e-mail preferred, with the original forms to be sent/brought with the fish. 

Any fish arriving that are not pre registered will be returned to the sender. We also need to know what method of shipping   you are using with tracking numbers, if possible. This is to insure that all shipped fish are accounted for.

All fish sent to our show from outside the United States must be sent through a US based transhipper. Any boxes arriving from outside the US will be refused.

Mail-in entries must be received by 5:00 PM EDT, Thursday May 1st, 2008.  A PABS member will call you on Friday to verify  fish arrivals.

Walk-in fish entries must be at the show by 5:00 PM EDT, Friday May 2nd, 2008 , unless prior arrangements are made with the Show Chair. Walk-in fish must be benched by entrant and bagged by the entrant after the show. 

Results: No results will be given out over the phone. Results will be posted on line by Sunday evening, or earlier if possible.

Show Fish:
1.  All Show fish must be accompanied by an entry fee, registration form, return fish bags and return postage for all fish.  Please enclose a return label and enough bags for double bagging your return fish. Again, if any of your fish do not sell and there is not enough return postage supplied, they will be considered a donation to host club. Entry fees and postage will not be taken from auction or swap shop funds due exhibitor. For those of you who have not done this before, send us the amount it cost you to send the fish. Anything left over will be refunded a few days after the show.

2.  Each Exhibitor is limited to 40 fish entries per entrant, not to exceed 50 total fish entered.

3.  Entry fees are $2.00 per single entry and $3.00 per pair entry.

4.  Please make entry fee checks and money orders payable to "PABS". 
     PAYPAL will be welcomed for your fish entry fees
and your banquet fees.

6. Fish brought to the show by exhibitors must be benched by the exhibitor, with the approval of the show chair after registration, and exhibitors must bag their fish after the show, with the approval of a show committee member, as assigned by the show chair. NO ONE MAY REMOVE ANY FISH FROM THE SHOWROOM WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF THE SHOW CHAIR.  There will be no mail backs of fish brought to the show by the Exhibitor, except by special arrangement with the show chair.

Auction
  1.  All items must be on the entry form and accompanied with an entry fee, except Auction
       Only (AO) fish..

  2.  Minimum bid is $3.00 unless a higher Minimum bid is specified by the Seller on the
       entry form.

                                Auction Only Fish  50% Breeder/50% Host club
